- Able to set goals and focusesfor its execution,result oriented, plan and prioritize work to accomplished assigned task and achieve objective according to shedule
- Computer literate
- Excellent comunication skills both speaking & writing
- Should be able to critise and enhance regularly our progam
- have a strong leadership, good team player, open minded
- Strong training skill focus toward developing people
- Experience with HCCP standards for hygiene,cleanlines & food safety in designated areas
- Able to apply inventory system,control on equipment/tools handling, monitoring brakage control, follow up on preventive maintenance.
